| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou dostupnosti zdravotní péče. Práce je za- měřena na zjišťování dostupnosti objednacích termínů na magnetickou rezonanci. V praktické části byl proveden výzkum pomocí mystery shoppingu, při kterém byly zjišťovány termíny na objednání u všech poskytovatelů v České republice, uvede- ných vseznamu publikovaném na webových stránkách Ústavu zdravotní informatiky a statistiky, kteří vlastní magnetickou rezonanci. Tyto termíny byly do- plněny informacemi o typu vlastnictví poskytovatele, kraji, kde se poskytovatel nachází a kapacitě daného zařízení. Následně byla data statisticky vyhodnocena. V diskusní části práce byly potvrzeny či vyvráceny stanovené hypotézy. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with the issue of access to health care. The thesis focuses on the availability of appointments for magnetic resonance imaging. In the practical part, a research was carried out by mystery shopping, in which the appointments for all providers in the Czech Republic, listed in the list published on the website of the Institute of Health Informatics and Statistics, who own an MRI, were surveyed. These dates were supplemented with information on the type of ownership of the provider, the region where the provider is located and the capacity of the facility. The data were then statistically analyzed. The discussion section of the paper confirmed or refuted the stated hypotheses. |
