| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá analytickou podporou role Chief Data Officer (CDO). Na základě definice typické agendy CDO navrhuje sadu metrik, které umožňují sledovat stav a výkon této agendy. Tyto metriky jsou pak využity při návrhu referenčního systému dashboardů pro agendu role CDO. Navržený systém je následně validován s řadou osob s vlastní zkušeností s výkonem této role, čehož je využito pro identifikaci dalších rozšíření tohoto systému. Z referenční povahy navrženého systému je zřejmé, že je nutné jej vždy pro účely konkrétní organizace a její aktuální situace přizpůsobit. V závěru práce je představen datový model jako klíčový přepoužitelný prvek při implementaci navrženého systému. Ten je doplněn vzorovou implementací vybraného dashboardu. |

| Abstract: | The focus of this thesis is on analytical support of Chief Data Officer (CDO) role. Based on the typical CDO agenda definition a set of metrics aiming at monitoring of status and performance of this agenda is suggested. These metrics are used for design of referential system of dashboards for CDO agenda monitoring. Designed system is validated with persons having a personal experience with the CDO role. Outcomes of the validation are used for further suggestions of extensions of designed system. It is given by its referential nature that the system has to be customized for every organization and its current situation during its implementation. The thesis also contains a data model as a reusable asset for implementations of such system. The data model is complemented with sample implementation of a selected dashboard. |
