| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je analyzovat vliv průkazu energetické náročnosti budov, známého jako energetický štítek, na ceny rezidenčních nemovitostí, přesněji bytových jednotek v České republice. Práce je zaměřena především na přiblížení problematiky energetické náročnosti budov a propojení s dopadem na ceny bytů určených k prodeji a pronájmu. Analýza je provedena na vybraných krajských městech skrze lineární regresní model, který vyhodnocuje míru vlivu zvolených proměnných na cenu za metr čtvereční výše zmíněných bytů. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this paper is to analyse the impact of the energy performance certificate of buildings, known as the energy label, on the prices of residential real estate, more precisely residential units in the Czech Republic. The main focus of the work is to present the issue of energy performance of buildings and its impact on the prices of apartments for sale and rent. The analysis is carried out on selected regional cities and through a linear regression model, which evaluates the degree of influence of selected variables on the price per square meter of the above-mentioned apartments. |
