| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat současný stav řízení zásob v textilní společnosti a navrhnout systém, který povede ke zlepšení současného stavu. Teoretická část představuje základní pojmy z oblasti řízení zásob. Zabývá se jejich významem, členěním, funkcemi a popisuje nejběžnější metody jejich optimalizace. Praktická část je zaměřena na firmu Bellatex s.r.o. a představuje způsoby, kterými řídí své zásoby. Na závěr jsou uvedeny návrhy a doporučení, které mohou firmě pomoci vylepšit současný stav. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the current state of inventory management in a textile company and to propose a system that will lead to an improvement of the current state. The theoretical part introduces the basic concepts of inventory management. It covers their importance, structure, functions and presents the most common methods of their optimization. The practical part is focused on the company Bellatex s.r.o. and presents the methods by which it manages its inventory. It concludes with suggestions and recommendations that could help the company to improve its current situation. |
