| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je provedení ocenění Raiffeisenbank, a.s. s důrazem na nedávnou akvizici Equa bank, a.s. Práce analyzuje přínos akvizice k hodnotě Raiffeisenbank a její vliv na finanční výsledky a strategickou pozici na trhu. Teoretická část zkoumá faktory ovlivňující ocenění komerčních bank a podrobně popisuje metody ocenění. V praktické části je představena Raiffeisenbank, a.s., provedena finanční analýza a zhodnocena strategická pozice banky. Tato část zahrnuje predikci výnosů a tržního podílu, sestavení finančního plánu a použití výnosové metody ocenění spolu s doplňujícími metodami. Ocenění představuje klíčový krok k porozumění hodnotě banky v souvislosti s nedávnou akvizicí. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to perform a valuation of Raiffeisenbank, a.s. with emphasis on the recent acquisition of Equa bank, a.s. The thesis analyses the contribution of the acquisition to the value of Raiffeisenbank and its impact on the financial results and strategic market position. The theoretical part examines the factors affecting the valuation of commercial banks and describes in detail the valuation methods. The practical part introduces Raiffeisenbank, a.s., conducts a financial analysis and evaluates the bank's strategic position. This part includes the prediction of earnings and market share, the construction of a financial plan and the application of the income approach to valuation along with additional methods. The valuation is a key step in understanding the value of the bank in the context of the recent acquisition. |
