| Abstract: | Předkládaná práce se zabývá problematikou veřejných zakázek na inovativní řešení (Public Procurement for Innovation, PPI). Práce rozvíjí výsledky projektů PPI2Innovate a RI2Integrate, kterých byl autor spoluřešitelem. Autor v rámci práce řeší výzkumné téma: kritické faktory úspěchu veřejných zakázek na inovativní řešení. Autor identifikuje kritické faktory úspěchu projektů prostřednictvím systematické literární rešerše. Následně tyto kritické faktory úspěchu identifikuje i empiricky prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření, metodou Delphi a jedenácti expertních týmů z šesti zemí. V závěru práce autor navrhuje procesní model pro řešení PPI projektu s využitím metodiky PRINCE2. Práce tedy rozvíjí teoretické znalosti v oblasti PPI a zároveň má výstup práce i praktické využití. |

| Abstract: | The presented thesis deals with the issue of Public Procurement for Innovative Solutions (PPI). The work develops the results of the PPI2Innovate and RI2Integrate projects, of which the author was a co-investigator. In the framework of the work, the author deals with the research topic of critical success factors of public procurement for innovative solutions. The author identifies critical success factors for projects through a systematic literature review. Subsequently, these critical success factors are also identified empirically through a questionnaire survey using the Delphi method and eleven expert teams from six countries. At the end of the work, the author proposes a process model for solving the PPI project using the PRINCE2 methodology. The work thus develops theoretical knowledge in the field of PPI, and at the same time, the output of the work also has a practical use. |
