| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis delves into the utilization of blockchain technology in logistics and trade finance, with a primary objective to asses its practical application in these domains. The central focus is therefore to validate whether blockchain technology finds real-world utility in the fields of logistics and trade finance. The practical part of the thesis is dedicated to identifying concrete examples where blockchain is applied in logistics and trade finance, subsequently verifying the actual utility of these applications. The practical exploration within the logistics field confirmed a tangible and practical application of blockchain technology. Conversely, in the field of trade finance, the confirmation of utility faced constraints responsible to insufficient data availability. |

| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím technologie blockchain v logistice a trade finance s primárním cílem posoudit její praktické využití v těchto oblastech tedy ověřit, zda technologie blockchain nachází v oblasti logistiky a financování obchodu reálné využití. Praktická část práce je věnována identifikaci konkrétních příkladů, kde se blockchain uplatňuje v logistice a financování obchodu, a následnému ověření reálné využitelnosti těchto příkladů. Praktický průzkum v oblasti logistiky potvrdil hmatatelné a praktické využití technologie blockchain. Naopak v oblasti trade finance se z důvodu nedostatku dat nedalo reálné využití potvrdit. |
