| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá stanovením tržní hodnoty 100% podílu ve společnosti KotasMONT s.r.o. k datu 31. 12. 2022. Cílem práce je aplikovat teoretické znalosti z oblasti financí a oceňování podniků na konkrétní příklad a stanovit reálnou hodnotu společnosti, která působí v sektoru zpracování a montáže kovových konstrukcí. Po úvodním představení společnosti a analýze jejího působení na trhu, které nebylo jednoznačně ovlivněno pandemií COVID-19, následuje podrobná finanční a strategická analýza. Tyto analýzy umožňují posoudit finanční zdraví a tržní potenciál společnosti. Důležitou součástí práce je prognóza generátorů hodnoty, včetně tržeb a ziskové marže, která je klíčová pro sestavení komplexního finančního plánu. K ocenění společnosti byla použita metoda diskontovaných peněžních toků (DCF Equity), doplněná o metodu tržního porovnání, aby bylo možné získat robustní a realistické ocenění. Práce nabízí hluboký pohled na finanční zdraví a tržní pozici KotasMONT s.r.o., a přináší komplexní ocenění společnosti s ohledem na současný trh a její konkurenční prostředí. |

| Abstract: | This master thesis focuses on the determination of the market value of 100% of the shares in the company KotasMONT s.r.o. as of 31 December 2022. The aim of the thesis is to apply the theoretical knowledge in the field of finance and business valuation to a specific example and to determine the real value of the company, which operates in the sector of processing and assembly of metal constructions. After an initial introduction of the company and an analysis of its market performance, which has not been clearly affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, a detailed financial and strategic analysis follows. These analyses allow an assessment of the company's financial health and market potential. An important part of the work is the forecast of value generators, including sales and profit margins, which is key to the construction of a comprehensive financial plan. The discounted cash flow (DCF Equity) method was used to value the company, supplemented with a market comparison method to obtain a robust and realistic valuation. The paper offers an in-depth look at the financial health and market position of KotasMONT Ltd. and provides a comprehensive valuation of the company with respect to the current market and its competitive environment. |
