| Abstract: | Úkolem diplomové práce je analýza přeměn uskutečněných v České republice. Autor diplomové práce se zaměřil na přeměny uskutečněné v letech 2019 a 2020. První kapitola se věnuje základnímu popisu a typům přeměn. Ve druhé navazující kapitole jsou popsány základní termíny a důležité parametry, které se přeměn týkají. Třetí kapitola se věnuje empirické části práce. V této kapitole je popsán postup v rámci analýzy přiděleného vzorku přeměn, včetně důvodu vyřazení přeměn, které jsou svým charakterem odlišné. Dále na tuto část práce navazuje samotná analýza, která se zaměřuje na základní charakteristiku přeměn, jako je například typ přeměn, či počet společností účastných na přeměně. Následně navazuje analýza základních parametrů přeměny. Autor se zaměřuje také na zveřejnění základních dokumentů společnostmi a oceněním zúčastněných společností, pokud je tento proces v rámci přeměny důležitý, respektive ho přeměna ze své podstaty vyžaduje. V závěru jsou prezentovány autorem zjištěné výsledky provedených analýz. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the thesis is to analyse the transformations carried out in the Czech Republic. The author of the thesis focused on the transformations carried out in 2019 and 2020. The first chapter is devoted to the basic description and types of transformations. In the second chapter, the basic terms and important parameters related to the transformations are described. The third chapter is devoted to the empirical part of the thesis. This chapter describes the procedure in the analysis of the allocated sample of transformations, including the reason for excluding transformations that are different in nature. This part of the thesis is followed by the analysis itself, which focuses on the basic characteristics of the transformations, such as the type of transformation or the number of companies involved in the transformation. This is followed by an analysis of the basic parameters of the transformation. The author also focuses on the disclosure of the basic documents by the companies and the valuation of the participating companies, if this process is important in the context of the conversion, or if the conversion by its nature requires it. Finally, the author presents the results of the analysis. |
