| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá auditem účetní závěrky nemovitostních společností. V teoretické části práce je na úvod přiblížena podstata fungování nemovitostních společností a následně je popsáno prostředí, ve kterém tyto společnosti působí. Další část práce je zaměřena na detailní popis procesu auditu především v návaznosti na Mezinárodní standardy pro Audit. Následně je prostor věnován specifikům auditu nemovitostních společností a souvisejícím vybraným účetním a ekonomickým otázkám. V praktické části práce je popsán audit účetní závěrky nemovitostní společnosti se zaměřením na testování oblastí specifických pro tento typ společností. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis is focused on the audit of the financial statements of real estate companies. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the principle of the functioning of real estate companies is introduced and subsequently, the environment in which these companies operate is described. The next part of the thesis is focused on a detailed description of the audit process, mainly based on International Standards on Auditing. Subsequently, space is devoted to the specifics of the audit of real estate companies and related selected accounting and economic matters. The practical part of the thesis describes the audit of the financial statements of a real estate company with a focus on testing areas specific to this type of companies. |
