| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá komparací zakládání obchodních společností online formou v Estonsku a v České republice. Cílem práce je porovnat, jaké byly podmínky při zakládání těchto systémů, jak systém v současné době pracuje a jaké jsou se založením obchodní společnosti náklady. Práci jsem zpracovala na základě odpovědí na otázky, které jsem poslala respondentům z obou států. V průběhu zpracování této práce a zpracování jednotlivých odpovědí jsem zjistila velké rozdíly mezi nastavením státní správy v online prostředí v Estonsku a České republice. V Estonsku se jedná o velice komplexní a propracovaný systém, který je přijímán a využíván většinou obyvatelstva, v případě České republiky můžeme mluvit o systému, který byl úspěšně zaveden, je používán, ale v rámci kompletní digitalizace je dost izolován. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis is about the comparison of establishing business companies online in Estonia and the Czech Republic. The aim of the work is to compare what the conditions were when establishing these systems, how the system currently works and what are the cost for the company establishing. I prepared the work based on the answers to the questions that I sent to the respondents from both countries. During the processing of this thesis and the processing of individual answers, I discovered big differences between the setting of the state administration in the online environment in Estonia and the Czech Republic. In Estonia, it is a very complex and sophisticated system that is accepted and used by the majority of the population, in the case of the Czech Republic we can talk about a system that has been successfully introduced, is used, but is quite isolated within the framework of complete digitization. |
