| Abstract: | Diplomová práce systematicky zkoumá možnosti úspor ve veřejném sektoru v České republice prostřednictvím snižování nákladů na elektrickou energii. Vedlejším efektem je poskytnutí náhledu do energetického systému a definice klíčových pojmů v energetickém sektoru. Cílem diplomové práce je představit různé varianty státní podpory ve formě dotací na energeticky úsporné projekty a na příkladu investic do veřejného osvětlení zhodnotit efekt, které mají na snižování výdajů na elektrickou energii. Práce se podrobně věnuje neinvestičním a investičním projektům, s důrazem na analýzu investic do veřejného osvětlení. Tato analýza zahrnuje vzorek více než 400 obcí v období 2017-2023 a zkoumá vliv na snižování nákladů na elektrickou energii. |

| Abstract: | The master's thesis systematically explores opportunities for savings in the public sector in the Czech Republic through the reduction of costs related to electrical energy. A secondary effect is providing insights into the energy system and defining key terms in the energy sector. The aim of the master's thesis is to present various forms of state support in the form of subsidies for energy-efficient projects. Using the example of investments in public lighting, the thesis evaluates the impact they have on reducing expenditures on electrical energy. The thesis thoroughly examines non-investment and investment projects, with a focus on the analysis of investments in public lighting. This analysis includes a sample of more than 400 municipalities in the period 2017-2023 and examines the influence on reducing costs related to electrical energy. |
