| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na vybranou investiční příležitost v esportu. Pro lepší pochopení problematiky se první část práce zaměřuje na charakteristiku odvětví, která je důležitým podkladem analýzy vybrané investiční příležitosti. V druhé části této práce jsou provedené finanční a strategické analýzy, které vedou k sestavení finančního plánu vybraného subjektu. Díky zjištěným informacím se poté provádí ocenění vybrané investiční příležitosti. Cílem této práce je shrnout a vysvětlit specifika esportového sektoru a na vybraném subjektu z tohoto odvětví poskytnout analýzuz hlediska finančního a strategického pohledu, sestavit finanční plán a pomoci využití oceňovací metody ocenit tržní hodnotu netto vybrané společnosti. Výsledky této práce nabízí cenné informace pro potencionální investory v tomto rychle se rozvíjejícím odvětví. |

| Abstract: | This thesis focuses on a selected investment opportunity in Esports. For a better a better undersanding of the issue, the first part of the thesis focuses on the characteristics of the industry. In the second part of this thesis financial and stratefic analyzes are carried out, which lead to the compilation of the financial plan of the selected entity. Then the selected invesment of opportunity is evaluated. The objective of this work is to summarize and explain the specifics of the Esports sector and to provide an analysis from a financial and strategic point of view. Also there is a use of the valuation method to estimate the net market value of the selected company. The results of this work offer valuable information for potential investors |
