Početnost úlovků původních pstruhů obecných v posledních letech v celé České republice klesá. Disertační práce je zaměřena na faktory potenciálně související s tímto negativním trendem, a to na rybářských revírech rybářského svazu. Výsledky ukazují, že nejdůležitějším faktorem poklesu populací pstruhů je rybářský tlak, přičemž následuje sucho způsobené změnou klimatu. Existuje jasná potřeba změn v současné praxi řízení rybolovu s využitím nových scénářů udržitelného rozvoje s cílem chránit a zlepšovat podmínky pro přirozené populace pstruha obecného. Problematika lovu pstruhů v ČR byla řešena pomocí tří scénářů. Výzkum byl proveden ve dvou fázích, kvalitativním a kvantitativním šetřením. Výsledky kvalitativní analýzy zúžily problematiku pouze na rybářský svaz. Kvantitativní šetření mezi sportovními rybáři potvrdilo preferenci scénáře restrukturalizace se státní intervencí. |

Abundance of native brown trout has been declining in recent years across the Czech Republic. This dissertation focuses on the factors potentially related to this negative trend, in the fishing grounds of a fishing association. Results show that fishing pressure is the most important factor in the decline of trout populations, followed by drought caused by climate change. There is a clear need for changes in current fisheries management practices using new sustainable development scenarios to protect and improve conditions for natural trout stocks. The issue of trout fishing in the Czech Republic has been addressed using three scenarios. The research was carried out in two phases, qualitative and quantitative. The results of the qualitative analysis narrowed the issue to the anglers union only. A quantitative survey among anglers confirmed the preference for a restructuring scenario with state intervention. |
