| Abstract: | Disertační práce se zabývá ubytovacími službami a systémem klasifikace ubytovacích zařízení v České republice. Analyzuje právní úpravu ubytovacích služeb především z pohledu odpovědnosti jejich poskytovatele a rovněž systém klasifikace ubytovacích zařízení. Dále zkoumá souvislost klasifikace ubytovacích zařízení a hodnocení spokojenosti zákazníků. V závěru pak navrhuje možné alternativu k současnému systému klasifikace. V mezích tématu práce rovněž vymezuje pojem střední jakost. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with accommodation services and the system of classification of accommodation facilities in the Czech Republic. It analyzes the legal regulation of accommodation services primarily from the point of view of the responsibility of their provider, as well as the system of classification of accommodation facilities. It also examines the connection between the classification of accommodation facilities and the evaluation of customer satisfaction in relation to their expectations. In the end, there is a propose of a possible alternative to the current classification system. Within the limits of the topic, the thesis also defines the concept of medium quality. |
