Bakalářská práce se zabývá přínosy automatizace procesu akceptace klienta pomocí RPA řešení v mezinárodní poradenské společnosti. Cílem práce je zhodnotit přínosy tohoto řešení ve vybrané společnosti a na základě výsledků výzkumu navrhnout možná vylepšení. Teoretická východiska práce jsou zaměřena na právní a etické požadavky kladené na poradenské společnosti při přijímání zakázek a možnosti využití RPA řešení. Další část práce představuje vybranou společnost a proces akceptace klienta před a po implementaci RPA řešení. Poslední část práce je zaměřena na výzkum, který byl prováděn pomocí dotazníkového šetření a doplněn strukturovanými rozhovory s vybranými uživateli řešení. |

| Abstract: |
The bachelor thesis deals with the benefits of a client acceptance process automation using RPA solution in an international CPA company. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the benefits of this solution within the selected company and, based on the research results, to propose possible improvements. The theoretical framework of the thesis is focused on the legal and ethical requirements imposed on CPA companies when accepting new clients and the possibilities of RPA tools usage. The next part of the thesis describes the selected company and its client acceptance process before and after the implementation of the RPA solution. The last part of the thesis is focused on research, which was carried out using a questionnaire survey and supplemented by structured interviews with selected users of the solution. |
