| Abstract: |
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zákaznickým výzkumem a analýzou potřeb pro vývoj softwaru, s důrazem na integraci zpětné vazby od uživatelů a metodiky agilního vývoje. V první části práce jsou prozkoumány teoretické základy produktového managementu, historie a evoluce přístupů k vývoji softwaru a význam uživatelské zpětné vazby. Druhá část je zaměřena na praktické aspekty, včetně využití specifických nástrojů a technik pro zlepšení produktů a služeb a ohodnocení efektivity těchto nástrojů. Získané poznatky a data jsou analyzovány s cílem nabídnout konkrétní návrhy pro zlepšení praxe v oblasti vývoje softwaru. |

This bachelor thesis deals with customer research and needs analysis for software development, with an emphasis on the integration of user feedback and agile development methodologies. The first part of the thesis explores the theoretical foundations of product management, the history and evolution of software development approaches, and the importance of user feedback. The second part focuses on the practical aspects, including the use of specific tools and techniques to improve products and services and the evaluation of the effectiveness of these tools. The findings and data are analysed to offer concrete suggestions for improving software development practice. |
