| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu a návrh vyhodnocení investic do železniční sítě v České republice. Cílem této práce je provedení analýzy současného přístupu k hodnocení investic, identifikace případných nedostatků a navržení opatření vedoucí k jeho zlepšení a rozšíření. Práce detailně zkoumá současný stav železniční infrastruktury z technického i provozního hlediska a následně provádí komparativní analýzu pomocí navržených srovnatelných ukazatelů se zeměmi jako Rakousko, Německo, Slovensko a Švýcarsko. V dalších částech se zaměřuje na problematiku investic včetně analýzy procesu hodnocení investičních projektů dle rezortní metodiky pro hodnocení efektivnosti projektů dopravních staveb. Dále je navrhováno rozšíření tohoto hodnocení pomocí technických, provozních a ekonomických ukazatelů. V návaznosti na navrhnuté ukazatele je provedena základní analýza dostupných dat potřebných k jejich výpočtům. Závěrečná část práce sumarizuje přínosy a hodnotí dosažení stanovených cílů. |

| Abstract: | Bachelor thesis focuses on analysing and proposing an evaluation of investments in the railway network in the Czech Republic. The aim of this work is to conduct an analysis of the current approach to investment assessment, identify potential shortcomings, and propose measures for its improvement and expansion. The thesis thoroughly examines the current state of the railway infrastructure from both technical and operational perspectives and subsequently conducts a comparative analysis using proposed comparable indicators with countries such as Austria, Germany, Slovakia, and Switzerland. In further sections, it addresses investment issues, including an analysis of the process of evaluating investment projects according to the departmental methodology for assessing the efficiency of transport construction projects. Additionally, expanding this assessment using technical, operational, and economic indicators is proposed. Following the proposed indicators, a basic analysis of available data necessary for their calculations is conducted. The final section of the thesis summarizes the contributions and evaluates the achievement of the set goals. |
