| Abstract: |
Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje sociální a environmentální udržitelnosti kulturní akce. Konkrétně zkoumá řešení, která aplikuje festival Prague Pride za účelem snížení negativních dopadů své akce na lidi a životní prostředí. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy, jako je festival, udržitelný rozvoj, environmentální a sociální udržitelnost; blíže jsou zde také popsány faktory environmentální a sociální udržitelnosti. V druhé části práce je pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu popsána činnost festivalu Prague Pride a představeny jejich postupy a spolupráce. Výsledkem analýzy je návrh implementace nových řešení či vylepšení těch stávajících. |

| Abstract: |
This bachelor thesis focuses on the social and environmental sustainability of a cultural event. Specifically, it examines the solutions applied by the Prague Pride festival to reduce the negative impacts of its event on people and the environment. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts such as festival, sustainable development, environmental and social sustainability; it also details the factors of environmental and social sustainability. In the second part of the thesis, the activities of the Prague Pride festival are described through qualitative research and their practices and cooperation are presented. As a result of the analysis, the implementation of new solutions or improvements to existing ones is proposed. |
