| Abstract: | Hybridní model práce je moderní alternativou tradičního modelu práce jenom v kanceláři. Především pandemie Covid-19 poukázala na fakt, že některé pracovní úkony mohou být vykonávány dálkově. Mnoho výzkumů na téma výhodnosti hybridního modelu práce bylo provedeno po celém světě, a tyto studie jsou posouzeny v teoretické části této práce. Hybridní model práce však není dostatečně zkoumán v České republice. Proto tato bakalářská práce provádí kvantitativní výzkum v podobě dotazníkového šetření mezi zaměstnanci společnosti Accenture Services, s.r.o. v České republice, která již úspěšně zavedla hybridní model práce. Výsledkem bakalářské práce je zjištění, že hybridní model práce je výhodným modelem práce pro mezinárodní společnost, jelikož napomáhá úspoře nákladů ve firmě, je výhodný pro zaměstnance, a navíc zlepšuje produktivitu práce zaměstnanců. |

| Abstract: | The hybrid work model is a modern alternative to the traditional office-only model. The Covid-19 pandemic has especially highlighted the fact that some work tasks can be performed remotely. The benefits of the hybrid work model have been studied in many countries, and those studies are reviewed in the theoretical part of this thesis. However, there has not been enough studies concerning the hybrid work model in the Czech Republic. Therefore, this bachelor thesis conducts quantitative research in the form of a questionnaire survey among employees of Accenture Services, s.r.o. in the Czech Republic, that has already successfully implemented the hybrid work model. The findings of this bachelor thesis state that that the hybrid work model is a beneficial work model for an international company as it helps to save costs in the company, it is beneficial for the employees, and it also improves the productivity of the employees. |
