Tato diplomová práce se v souladu se zadáním zaměřuje na vymezení a hodnocení systému agenturního zaměstnávání v České republice. Cílem práce je prozkoumat klíčové aspekty tohoto typu zaměstnávání a zkoumat důležitost agenturního zaměstnávání a jeho hlavní charakteristiky, které ovlivňují zaměstnance ve vztahu k agentuře práce a naopak. Práce sumarizuje legislativní a historické souvislosti související s touto problematikou. Zabývá se vývojem agenturního zaměstnávání, právním rámcem a regulací tohoto sektoru v ČR a zkoumá také faktory, které ovlivňují rozhodování potencionálních zaměstnanců ve využívání agentur práce a získávání pracovního místa. Na základě zkoumání je provedeno hodnocení výhod a nevýhod tohoto typu zaměstnávání a jsou uvedeny některé možnosti úprav v daném segmentu v ČR. |

| Abstract: |
In accordance with the assignment, this thesis focuses on the definition and evaluation of the agency employment system in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to explore the key aspects of this type of employment and to examine the importance of agency employment and its main characteristics that affect employees in relation to the employment agency and vice versa. The thesis summarizes the legislative and historical context related to this issue. It deals with the development of agency employment, the legal framework and regulation of this sector in the Czech Republic and also examines the factors that influence the decision of potential employees in using employment agencies and getting a job. On the basis of the examination, an assessment of the advantages and disadvantages of this type of employment is made and some possibilities for adjustments in the segment in the Czech Republic are presented. |
