| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na proces sestavování rozpočtů u obchodního podniku. Teoretická část představuje úvod do problematiky týkající se rozpočetnictví. Jsou zde vysvětleny základní pojmy, funkce rozpočtu a jsou představeny dvě metody sestavování rozpočtu – metoda top-down a metoda bottom-up. Praktická část navazuje na poznatky z části teoretické a analyzuje současně nastavený proces sestavování rozpočtů u obchodního podniku Berner spol. s r. o., který se zabývá prodejem spotřebního zboží pro potřeby autoopravárenství, stavebnictví a průmyslu. Zároveň je v praktické části provedeno zhodnocení tohoto procesu. Na základě zhodnocení je doporučeno několik změn v tomto procesu, jejichž realizace by mohla pomoci k zefektivnění celého procesu. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis is focused on the budgeting process of a business enterprise. The theoretical part is an introduction to the issues related to budgeting. The basic concepts and functions of budgeting are explained and two methods of budget construction are introduced - the top-down and bottom-up methods. The practical part builds on the findings of the theoretical part and furthermore analyses and the current budgeting process of the commercial enterprise Berner spol. s r. o., which is a competitor in selling goods for the automotive, construction and industry. Moreover, an evaluation of this process is made in the practical part. Based on the evaluation, several changes in the process are recommended. The implementation of said changes could help in making the whole process more efficient. |
