Cílem práce je analýza vybraných prvků webového designu a jejich vliv na dů-věru uživatele ve webovou stránku. Webový design je jedním ze základních aspektů, který ovlivňuje důvěru uživatele ve webovou stránku a přispívá ke zvýšení šancí na naplnění konverzních cílů webu. Literární rešerše identifikuje hlavní oblasti webového designu a konceptualizuje důvěru ve webovou stránku a ochotu k uskutečnění konverze. Metodicky práce staví na syntetickém expe-rimentu v kombinaci s ex-post hodnocením. |

The aim of the work is the analysis of selected elements of web design and their influence on the user's trust in the web page. Web design is one of the fundamental aspects that affects the user's trust in the website and contributes to increasing the chances of meeting the website's conversion goals. The literature review identifies major areas of web design and conceptualizes trust in a website and willingness to convert. Methodologically, the work is based on a synthetic experiment in combination with an ex-post evaluation. |
