| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce pojednává o inovační politice a jejím vlivu na vzdělávání v Nizozemí a Švédsku. Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnotit a porovnat hlavní faktory vzdělávacích systémů Nizozemí a Švédska jako ekonomik, které jsou inovačními leadery. Nejprve jsou v práci uvedeny základní pojmy, které vysvětlují inovační politiku, jak tento pojem vznikl, co znamená a proč je důležité se o inovace zajímat. Uvedeny jsou zde také indikátory inovativnosti Nizozemí a Švédska. Druhá kapitola se zabývá školstvím jako celkem a investicemi do něj. Rozebrány jsou zde výsledky PISA a PIAAC testů, porovnány statistiky, co se počtu patentů či odborných publikací týče a v závěru je popsáno pedagogické a celoživotní vzdělávání. V poslední třetí kapitole je objasněna spolupráce vysokých škol a univerzit se sektorem průmyslu. Vylíčena je faktická výhodnost pro všechny zúčastněné strany i konkrétní příklady spolupráce. Dále jsou zde zmíněny celosvětově známé a uznávané univerzity. V závěru práce jsou ještě popsány jednotlivé nizozemské a švédské vědecké a technologické parky. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with innovation policy and its impact on education in the Netherlands and Sweden. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate and compare the main drivers of the education systems of the Netherlands and Sweden as innovation-leading economies. First, the thesis presents basic concepts that explain innovation policy, how the term came about, what it means and why it is important to be concerned with innovation at all. Indicators of innovation performance of the Netherlands and Sweden are also presented. The second chapter deals with education as a whole and investment in it. It discusses the results of the PISA and PIAAC tests, compares statistics in terms of the number of patents or professional publications and concludes with a description of teacher and lifelong learning. The third and final chapter explains the cooperation between colleges and universities and industry. The actual benefits for all parties involved are explained, as well as concrete examples of cooperation. World-renowned and respected universities are also mentioned. The thesis concludes with a description of the various Dutch and Swedish science and technology parks. |
