| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou práce z domova. Cílem je zhodnotit pozitivní a negativní aspekty v rámci práce z domova ve společnosti Provident Financial s.r.o., jakož i potvrdit či vyvrátit stanovené hypotézy. V rámci literární rešerše jsou představeny výhody a nevýhody této formy práce, legislativní rámec a nástroje a podmínky, které jsou nezbytné pro to, aby práce z domova byla efektivní. Další část práce je zaměřena na vybranou společnost. Poslední část práce je věnována vlastnímu výzkumu, který byl proveden na základě dotazníkového šetření, na jehož základě byly poté navrženy jednotlivé návrhy a doporučení. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals analyzes issue related to working from home. The aim is to evaluate the positive and negative aspects of working from home at Provident Financial s.r.o., as well as to confirm or refute formulated hypotheses. Within the literary research section, this thesis presents the advantages and disadvantages of this form of work, the legislative framework and the tools and conditions that are necessary to make working from home effective. The next part of the thesis focuses on a selected company. The last part of the thesis is devoted to the actual research which was carried out on the basis of a questionnaire survey, on the basis of which individual proposals and recommendations were formulated. |
