byznysového konceptu týmového projektu a vytvořením odhadu finančního plánu projektu pro prvních 24 měsíců provozu platformy. Součástí práce je definování původního konceptu jak z byznysového pohledu, tak z pohledu technického. Je zde nastíněna situace využívání umělé inteligence z legislativního pohledu a je vytvořena rešerše případných konkurenčních řešení, která ověřuje jedinečnost konceptu platformy. Ve čtvrté kapitole je ověřován byznys koncept z pohledu aktivního uživatele za pomoci dotazníkového šetření, jehož výsledek ovlivňuje další úvahy v rámci projektu. Tyto úvahy jsou nadále zpracovány v rámci znázornění byznys procesů v projektu a promítají se do nákladovosti řešení. Vyčíslením nákladů pro jednotlivé položky z pohledu licencí a mzdových nákladů se věnuje kapitola šestá. Poslední kapitola je věnována samotnému finančnímu plánu a cenotvorbě nabízených služeb. Dále jsou v práci zpracovány odhady počtu uživatelů a využívání platformy jako takové v měsíčních periodách a časový harmonogram pro další vývoj projektu. |

| Abstract: |
The concept and application structure of the project Emotions! deals with the verification of the team project's business concept and the creation of an estimate of the project's financial plan for the first 24 months of the platform's operation. Part of the work is the definition of the original concept from both a business point of view and a technical point of view. The situation of the use of artificial intelligence from a legislative point of view is outlined here, and a search for possible competitive solutions is created, which verifies the uniqueness of the platform concept. In the fourth chapter, the business concept is verified from the perspective of an active user with the help of a questionnaire survey, the result of which influences other considerations within the project. These considerations continue to be processed within the representation of business processes in the project and are reflected in the cost of the solution. Chapter six deals with the calculation of costs for individual items from the perspective of licenses and labour costs. The last chapter is devoted to the financial plan itself and the pricing of the services offered. The work also contains estimates of the number of users and the use of the platform as such in monthly periods and a timetable for the further development of the project. |
