| Abstract: | Diplomová práce s názvem ,,Hodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti vybraného projektu Rezidence Baťův kanál ” má za cíl vypočítat ekonomickou efektivnost tohoto projektu za předpokladu prodeje bytových jednotek po dostavění a za předpokladu dlouholetého pronájmu bytových jednotek. Autor se v diplomové práci zabývá tím, která varianta projektu je pro developerskou společnost výhodnější z pohledu ekonomické návratnosti a také z pohledu rizika. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V první části se autor věnuje problematice investičního rozhodování z teoretického hlediska. V druhé části práce se autor věnuje vyhodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti a riziku jednotlivých variant projektu. |

| Abstract: | Master thesis named ,,Evaluation of the economic efficiency of the selected project Residence Bata Canal " aims to calculate the economic efficiency of this project assuming the sale of housing units after completion and assuming long-term rental of housing units. In the thesis, the author deals with which variant of the project is more profitable for the development company in terms of economic return and also in terms of risk. The thesis is divided into two parts. In the first part the author deals with the problem of investment decision making from the theoretical point of view. In the second part of the thesis the author deals with the evaluation of economic efficiency and risk of individual project variants. |
