Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu faktorů ovlivňujících výběr realitního zprostředkovatele prodávajícími nemovitostí na českém trhu. Výzkum využívá smíšené metody, včetně obsahové analýzy a kvalitativních rozhovorů, aby porovnal faktory identifikované v literární rešerši s faktory používanými realitními zprostředkovateli při sebeprezentaci na webových stránkách a faktory důležitými pro prodávající. Výstupy práce poukazují na potřebu lepšího souladu mezi očekáváními prodávajících a komunikací zprostředkovatelů, což může vést k úpravám v marketingových strategiích a zlepšení konkurenční výhody realitních zprostředkovatelů. Práce identifikuje mezery v literatuře a přispívá tak k rozvoji odborných znalostí v této oblasti. |

| Abstract: |
This thesis focuses on the analysis of factors influencing the choice of real estate agent by sellers of real estate on the Czech market. The research uses mixed methods, including content analysis and qualitative interviews, to compare factors identified in the literature search with factors used by real estate agents in self-presentation on websites and factors important to sellers. The findings of the thesis point to the need for better alignment between sellers' expectations and agents' communication, which may lead to adjustments in marketing strategies and improve the competitive advantage of estate agents. The paper identifies gaps in the literature and thus contributes to the development of expertise in this area. |
