Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem CSR společnosti Apple v Irsku. Jejím hlavním cílem je hlouběji porozumět dopadům, sociálním a ekonomickým, CSR aktivit společnosti Apple v Irsku, zejména v oblasti zaměstnanosti. Práce je rozdělena do několika částí. První část se věnuje teoretické koncepci společenské odpovědnosti firem. Druhá část je zaměřena na region Irska a přiblížení tohoto regionu jako atraktivního místa pro zahraniční investice. Dále je přiblížena daňová struktura Irska. A poslední část se zabývá analýzou dopadu vlivu umístění základny v Irsku na zaměstnanost a ekonomický rozvoj v této oblasti, a které konkrétní sociální důsledky vyplývají z CSR aktivit společnosti Apple v Irsku. |

This bachelor thesis deals with Apple's CSR in Ireland. Its main aim is to gain a deeper understanding of the impacts, both social and economic, of Apple's CSR activities in Ireland, particularly in the area of employment. The thesis is divided into several parts. The first part explores the theoretical concept of CSR. The second part focuses on the region of Ireland and an introduction to the area as an attractive location for foreign investment. Furthermore, the tax structure of Ireland is presented. The last part analyses the impact of the base's location in Ireland on employment and economic development in the region and which specific social consequences result from Apple's CSR activities in Ireland. |
