Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem práce na dálku na organizační kulturu společností. V teoretické části přibližuje čtenářům definici práce na dálku, představuje její dosavadní vývoj, současné trendy a budoucnost. Pozornost je věnována i novele zákoníku práce a právnímu ukotvení práce na dálku. Prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření a strukturovaných rozhovorů ve vybraných společnostech je následně zkoumáno, jaký má práce na dálku dopad na organizační kulturu v oblastech flexibility, komunikace, spolupráce a podpory zaměstnanců. Sledovány jsou také změny v hodnotách a postojích zaměstnanců. Výstupem práce je seznam doporučení pro takové společnosti, které chtějí zoptimalizovat procesy a zefektivnit postupy týkající se práce na dálku. |

| Abstract: |
This bachelor thesis examines the impact of remote working on the organizational culture of companies. In the theoretical part, it introduces the definition of telework, its development, current trends and future. Attention is also paid to the amendment of the Labour Code and the legal anchoring of telework. Through a questionnaire survey and structured interviews in selected companies, the impact of remote work on organisational culture in the areas of flexibility, communication, collaboration and employee support is then explored. Changes in employee values and attitudes are also monitored. The output of the thesis is a list of recommendations for such companies that want to optimize processes and streamline procedures regarding remote work. |
