Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá požadavky, které jsou kladeny institucemi Evropské unie na dovoz kosmetických přípravků na vnitřní trh EU, a zejména pak na situaci týkající se dovozu těch přípravků, které byly testovány na zvířatech. V teoretické části definuje pojmy jako kosmetický přípravek a zvíře, a dále poskytuje ucelený přehled o tom, co testování na zvířatech obnáší, jaké jsou využívané alternativ ní metody a jaké subjekty ovlivňují aktuální právní úpravu. Praktická část pak představuje výsledky analýzy právních předpisů, zejména nařízení č. 1223/2009 o kosmetických přípravcích, a pomocí metody dedukce pak demonstruje problémy, se kterými se aktuální právní úprava potýká. |

| Abstract: |
This bachelor thesis aims to provide a summary of the requirements imposed by the European Union institutions on the import of cosmetic products into the European single market, and especially the requirements regarding the import of cosmetic products that have been tested on animals. In the theoretical part, terms such as cosmetic product and animal are defined, and the thesis provides a comprehensive overview of what animal testing entails, what alternative methods are used, and what actors influence the current legislation. The practical part then presents the results of the analysis of the legislation, in particular Regulation 1223/2009 on cosmetic products, and uses the method of deduction to demonstrate the problems of the current legislation. |
