Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá právními a ekonomickými aspekty sdílené ekonomiky v ubytovacích zařízeních. Cílem práce je zjistit, jaké jsou hlavní rozdíly v platné právní úpravě povinností tradičních poskytovatelů ubytování a poskytovatelů krátkodobých pronájmů na ubytovacích platformách. Práce se zabývá mimo jiné problematikou nerovnosti v oblasti výběru místních poplatků. Předmětem práce je také zhodnocení systému registrací pronajímatelů do registrů. Dále v práci autor analyzuje postoje vybraných aktérů k existující legislativě. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol, z nichž poslední vyhodnotí efektivitu těchto opatření. |

| Abstract: |
This bachelor's thesis deals with the legal and economic aspects of the sharing economy in accommodation facilities. The aim of the thesis is to find out what are the main differences in the legal regulation of the obligations of traditional accommodation providers and short-term rental providers on accommodation platforms. The thesis deals, among other things, with the issue of inequality in the area of local fee collection. The subject of the work is also the evaluation of the system of registration of landlords in the registers. Further in the work, the author analyzes the attitudes of selected players towards the existing legislation. The work is divided into four chapters, the last of which will evaluate the effectiveness of these measures. |
