Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zkoumání potenciálu lokální gastronomie pro cestovní ruch v regionu Šumava. Cílem je analyzovat nabídku originálních lokálních pokrmů a certifikovaných produktů, zjistit úroveň povědomí a motivace restaurací k zapojení do iniciativ jako jsou Slow Food, Czech Specials a Asociace regionálních značek. Práce také hodnotí, jak je lokální gastronomie vnímána návštěvníky a jak přispívá k přitažlivosti regionu z pohledu restauračních zařízení. K shromažďování údajů byla využita metoda online dotazování mezi vedoucími pracovníky a majiteli restaurací. Tato studie poskytuje komplexní přehled o roli lokální gastronomie v turistickém regionu Šumava. |

| Abstract: |
This bachelor thesis focuses on examining the potential of local gastronomy for tourism in the Šumava region. The aim is to analyse the offering of original local dishes and certified products, to determine the level of awareness and motivation of restaurants to engage in initiatives such as Slow Food, Czech Specials, and the Association of Regional Brands. The work also evaluates how local gastronomy is perceived by visitors and how it contributes to the attractiveness of the region from the perspective of dining establishments. An online survey method was used to collect data from managers and owners of restaurants. This study provides a comprehensive overview of the role of local gastronomy in the tourist region of Šumava. |
