Diplomová práce se věnuje integraci přistěhovalců na pracovní trh ve třech skandinávských státech – Švédsku, Norsku a Dánsku. Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, jakým způsobem skandinávské státy integrují imigranty na trh práce a zhodnotit používané integrační postupy ve spojitosti s pracovními trhy vybraných zemí. První kapitola se zabývá vymezením základních pojmů z oblasti migrace a integrace a představuje teoretické východisko pro následující části. Druhá kapitola zachycuje vývoj imigrace a imigračních politik zkoumaných zemí. Třetí kapitola je věnována integračním nástrojům používaným ve vybraných státech a následně také vybraným integračním indikátorům sledujícím situaci imigrantů na pracovních trzích ve Skandinávii. Závěrečná část je zaměřena na zhodnocení integračních postupů skandinávských zemí pomocí SWOT analýz. Integrační politiky Švédska, Norska a Dánska jsou následně porovnány. |

| Abstract: |
The diploma thesis focuses on the integration of immigrants into the labour market in three Scandinavian countries - Sweden, Norway, and Denmark. The aim of the thesis is to examine how Scandinavian states integrate immigrants into the labour market and evaluate the integration practices used in relation to the labour markets of the selected countries. The first chapter deals with the definition of basic concepts in the field of migration and integration and provides theoretical groundwork for the following sections. The second chapter outlines the evolution of immigration and immigration policies in the studied countries. The third chapter is devoted to the integration tools used in the selected states and subsequently discusses selected integration indicators monitoring the situation of immigrants in the labour markets in Scandinavia. The final part focuses on evaluating the integration practices of Scandinavian countries using SWOT analyses. Integration policies of Sweden, Norway, and Denmark are then compared. |
