| Abstract: |
Práce se týká restriktivních opatření Evropské unie vůči Íránu. Konkrétně se zaměřuje na cíle, design a vývoj těchto opatření. V první kapitole jsou definované mezinárodní sankce, jejich obecné cíle a design. V druhé kapitole jsou analyzovány jednotlivé cíle opatření EU, kterých chce v rámci implementace restriktivních opatření vůči Íránu dosáhnout a následně vývoj těchto opatření. Třetí kapitola se zaměřuje na design restriktivních opatření vůči Íránu, zejména na typ omezení, cílové subjekty a jeho rozsah. Cílem této práce je identifikovat cíle, kterých mají restriktivní opatření dosáhnout a na základě analýzy designu těchto opatření najít vztah mezi cíli a typy restriktivních opatření. |

| Abstract: |
The thesis concerns the European Union's restrictive measures against Iran. Specifically, it focuses on the objectives, design and development of these measures. The first chapter defines international sanctions, their general objectives and design. The second chapter analyses the individual objectives of the EU measures that it aims to achieve in the implementation of restrictive measures against Iran and then the evolution of these measures. The third chapter focuses on the design of the restrictive measures against Iran, in particular the type of restriction, the targeted entities and its scope. This thesis aims to identify the objectives that the restrictive measures are intended to achieve and to find the relationship between the objectives and the types of restrictive measures based on the analysis of the design of these measures. |
