Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu lidskoprávních aspektů v textilním průmyslu. Teoretická část uvádí čtenáře do konceptů spojených s udržitelností a jejich vývojem až do současné doby. Dále se zabývá etickými výzvami týkajícími se lidských práv v textilním sektoru a jejich reportováním. Aplikační část se zaměřuje na sociální reporting globálního textilního řetězce H&M a nezávislá hodnocení přístupu H&M k lidským právům prováděná ESG agenturami a neziskovými organizacemi. Hlavním cílem práce je komplexně zhodnotit přístup společnosti H&M k otázkám lidských práv, zanalyzovat její silné a slabé stránky a formulovat doporučení pro zlepšení strategie v této oblasti. |

| Abstract: |
The thesis focuses on analyzing human rights aspects in the textile industry. The theoretical part introduces readers to sustainability concepts and their evolution up to the present day. It further dives into ethical challenges regarding human rights in the textile sector and their reporting. The practical section focuses on the social reporting of the global textile chain H&M and independent evaluations of H&M's approach to human rights conducted by ESG agencies and non-profit organizations. The main aim of the thesis is to comprehensively evaluate H&M's approach to human rights issues, analyze its strengths and weaknesses, and formulate recommendations for improving strategy in this area. |
