Abstract: | IT infrastruktura je nedílnou součástí každého podniku a stejně jako s jinými částmi podniku i s ní je spojena řada rizik. Cílem práce je identifikovat provozní rizika v IT infrastruktuře a poté identifikovat praktiky mitigace těchto provozních rizik za použití systematické mapy literatury a rozhovorů v podniku. Celkově bylo v literatuře identifikováno ve vztahu k IT infrastruktuře 543 rizik a 694 praktik jejich mitigace. Dále bylo ve sledovaném podniku zjištěno 36 rizik a 53 praktik jejich mitigace. Mezi literaturou a participanty v podniku panuje v zásadě shoda v rizicích typu kybernetických útoků. Literatura však poukazuje také na přírodní rizika, kdežto participanti podniku toto příliš nezmiňují. Oba případy se však shodují v administrativních praktikách jejich mitigace. |

Abstract: | The IT infrastructure is an integral part of any business and like other parts of the enterprise, it is associated with a number of risks. The purpose of this work is to identify operational risks in IT infrastructure and then identify practices to mitigate these operational risks using a systematic literature map and interviews in the enterprise. In total, 543 risks and 694 mitigation practices were identified in the literature in relation to IT infrastructure. Furthermore, 36 risks and 53 mitigation practices were identified in the enterprise under study. There is a general consensus among the literature and the participants in the enterprise on the risks of the type of cyber-attacks. However, the literature also refers to natural risks, whereas the enterprise participants do not mention this much. However, both cases agree on administrative practices to mitigate them. |
