| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce na téma "Zákulisí olympijských her z pohledu pořadatelského státu" je nalézt vztah aktivit sportovní diplomacie na poli olympijských her na tvorbu image pořadatelského města či státu. Pro zodpovězení z tohoto vztahu vycházející výzkumné otázky „Jakou roli hraje medializace olympijských her, tj. významného nástroje sportovní diplomacie, ve vztahu k vytvoření image státu?“ byl kladen důraz především na analýzu medializace jednotlivých události olympijských her, které napomohly formovat image daného pořadatelského města. Výzkum byl omezen na tři konkrétní případy olympijských her, a to olympijské hry uskutečněné v pořadatelských městech Rio de Janeiro, Beijing a Londýn. Po zpracování potřebných dat a analýze určitých mediálních článku poskytl výstup práce odpověď na otázku tvorby image na základě medializace událostí a aktivit spojených s disciplínou sportovní diplomacie v prostředí olympijských her. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor's thesis on the topic "Behind the scenes of the Olympic Games from the perspective of the host country" is to find the relationship between the activities of sports diplomacy in the field of the Olympic Games and the creation of the image of the host city or state. To answer the research question arising from this relationship "What role does media coverage of the Olympic Games, i.e. an important tool of sports diplomacy, play in relation to the creation of the state's image?" The emphasis was mainly on analyzing the media coverage of individual events of the Olympic Games, which helped shape the image of the given host city. The research was limited to three specific cases of the Olympic Games, namely in the host cities of Rio de Janeiro, Beijing and London. After processing the necessary data and analyzing certain media articles, the output of the work provided an answer to the question of image creation based on the media coverage of events and activities associated with the discipline of sports diplomacy in the environment of the Olympic Games. |
