Tato práce je zaměřena na vývoj diplomatických vztahů České republiky a Izraele po celou dobu jejich existence, počínaje vznikem Státu Izrael v roce 1948 až do roku 2024. Práce si klade za cíl detailně prozkoumat tento vývoj ve vybraných časových etapách. Jsou zkoumána všechna období asymetrické existence obou států, ve kterém byly oficiálně udržovány diplomatické vztahy. Výzkumná otázka zní: Jak se do vzájemných bilaterálních diplomatických vztahů promítal vliv vnitropolitických a mezinárodních faktorů? Bakalářská práce hledá odpověď pomocí metody kvalitativního výzkumu, konkrétně případové studie. Je objasněno to, co předcházelo navázání diplomatických styků a jak se vazby vyvíjely v období, kdy mezi Československem a Izraelem diplomatické vztahy po šestidenní válce neexistovaly. Do detailu jsou zkoumány změny, které nastaly po roce 1989, a to z kontextu politického, ekonomického a vědecko-kulturního. Dále je zkoumán postoj České republiky k izraelsko-palestinskému konfliktu. K uchopení tématu jsou zde definované základní klíčové pojmy. |

| Abstract: |
This thesis focuses on the development of diplomatic relations between the Czech Republic and Israel throughout their existence, from the establishment of the State of Israel in 1948 until 2024. The thesis aims to examine this development in detail in selected time stages. All periods of the asymmetrical existence of the two states in which diplomatic relations were officially maintained are examined. The research question is: How did the influence of domestic and international political factors affect bilateral diplomatic relations? The bachelor's thesis seeks an answer using a qualitative research method, specifically a case study. It explains what preceded the establishment of diplomatic relations and how the ties developed in the period when diplomatic relations between Czechoslovakia and Israel did not exist after the Six-Day War. The changes that took place after 1989 are examined in detail from a political, economic, and scientific-cultural context, as well as the Czech Republic's attitude towards the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. To grasp the topic, basic key concepts are defined. |
