Tato diplomová práce se zabývá INCOTERMS, mezinárodními pravidly pro výklad obchodních termínů, a jejich významem v mezinárodním obchodě. Práce analyzuje vývoj INCOTERMS od jejich vzniku v roce 1936 až po nejnovější verzi z roku 2020 a popisuje každou doložku, včetně praktického využití v obchodní společnosti. Dále se zaměřuje na negativní aspekty a problémy spojené s používáním INCOTERMS. Hlavním cílem práce je představit čtenáři význam a vývoj jednotlivých dodacích doložek INCOTERMS a ukázat jejich praktické využití ve vybrané obchodní společnosti. |

This thesis examines INCOTERMS, the international rules for the interpretation of trade terms, and their relevance in international trade. The thesis analyses the evolution of INCOTERMS from their inception in 1936 to the latest version in 2020 and describes each clause, including its practical application in a chosen business company. It also focuses on the negative aspects and problems associated with the use of INCOTERMS. The main objective of the thesis is to introduce the reader to the meaning and evolution of each INCOTERMS delivery clause and to show their practical use in a selected company. |
