| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje budoucímu vývoji na poli chytrých řešení pro komerční budovy. Ty se postupem času stávají více automatizované a “chytré“, díky čemuž je lze stavět efektivnější a šetrnější k životnímu prostředí. Zároveň vzniká prostor pro větší využití softwaru a aplikací, kde se teprve začíná využívat potenciál moderních technologií. Cílem mé práce je představit možnosti v oblasti propojení systémů budov s uživateli pomocí aplikace. Teoretická část představuje nároky a požadavky na udržitelnost, které vyžadují investice do jejich plnění. Teorie je podpořená relevantními zdroji, vlastním průzkumem a vlastními zkušenostmi v oboru správy komerčních nemovitostí. V praktické části navrhuji vlastní řešení, které reflektuje můj názor na budoucí vývoj softwaru pro tuto oblast. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis focuses on future development in the field of smart solutions for commercial buildings. These are becoming more automated and "smart" over time, making them more efficient and environmentally friendly to build. At the same time, there is scope for greater use of software and applications, where the potential of modern technology is only just beginning to be realised. The aim of my thesis is to present the possibilities in the area of connecting building systems to users through an app. The theoretical part presents the demands and requirements for sustainability that require investment to meet them. The theory is supported by relevant sources, my own research and my own experience in the Commercial Property Management industry. In the practical part, I propose my own solution that reflects my view on future software development for this area. |
