Tato bakalářská práce analyzuje dopady a důsledky pandemie COVID – 19. První část práce představuje teoretický kontext pro část druhou. Jsou zde zkoumány dopady na náklady podniků, zaměstnance a zaměřuje se i na dopady na konkrétní průmysly. Je zde představen i samotný vývoj pandemie. Informace do této části byly získány kvalitativní analýzou dostupných zdrojů. Druhá část práce pak zkoumá dopady a důsledky na konkrétní podnik – Prysmian Kabely, s.r.o.. Poznatky byly získány pomocí finanční analýzy a poskytnutím dodatečných informací vedením podniku. Součástí druhé části práce jsou i doporučení podniku ke zlepšení do budoucna. |

| Abstract: |
This bachelor's thesis analyzes the effects and consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic. The first part of the thesis presents the theoretical context for the second part. Impacts on costs of companies, employees are examined here, and the impact on specific industries is also focused on. The development of the pandemic itself is also presented here. The information for this section was obtained through a qualitative analysis of available sources. The second part of the thesis then examines the impacts and consequences on a specific company - Prysmian Kabely, s.r.o.. Knowledge was obtained using financial analysis and the provision of additional information by the company's management. The second part of the thesis also includes the recommendations for the company for its improvement in the future. |
