| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnotit vliv pandemie COVID-19 pro podniky se zaměřením na výrobní podniky ve strojírenství dokázané na příkladu vybraného podniku ŽĎAS, a.s. Přínosem této práce je zhodnocení vlivu pandemie pro konkrétní podnik, jak se s pandemií daný podnik vypořádal a jaké pro něj má důsledky. V teoretické části je popsána pandemie COVID-19, specifikace výrobních podniků ve strojírenství a popsán vliv externích šoků na výrobní podniky obecně. Dále jsou rozepsány konkrétní dopady pandemie na základě rešerše dostupných literárních zdrojů. V praktické části je pak rozepsán ekonomický stav podniku před, během a po pandemii, dopady pandemie na podnik, provedena finanční analýza podniku a v rámci shrnutí finanční analýzy jsou poskytnuta také doporučení. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to evaluate the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on companies with a focus on manufacturing companies in the engineering industry, demonstrated by the example of the selected company ŽĎAS, a.s. The contribution of this thesis is the evaluation of the impact of the pandemic for a specific company, how the given company dealt with the pandemic and what the consequences are for it. In the theoretical part, the COVID-19 pandemic is described, the specifications of manufacturing companies in engineering and the influence of external shocks on manufacturing companies in general are described. Further, the specific impacts of the pandemic are detailed based on research of available literary sources. In the practical part, the economic status of the company before, during and after the pandemic, the effects of the pandemic on the company, a financial analysis of the company is carried out, and recommendations are also provided as part of the summary of the financial analysis. |
