Účelem této bakalářské práce je porovnání požadované odborné způsobilosti k provádění průvodcovské činnosti v Praze, Vídni a Berlíně. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretický rámec představuje práci průvodce a věnuje se legislativním požadavkům pro provádění průvodcovské činnosti v jednotlivých městech a zemích. V praktické části se tyto požadavky navzájem porovnávají stejně jako města a podmínky práce v nich s pomocí výsledků kvalitativního výzkumu. Výzkum byl proveden se zkušenými průvodci ke zjištění názorů expertů z oboru na danou problematiku a popisu práce z osobnějšího hlediska. |

| Abstract: |
The purpose of this bachelor's thesis is to compare the required level of professional competency for performing guiding activities in Prague, Vienna, and Berlin. The study is divided into two parts. Firstly, the theoretical framework presents the work of a tour guide and is dedicated to the legislative requirements to perform guiding activities in these cities and countries. Secondly, in the practical section these requirements are compared with each other, as well as the cities and working conditions within them, with the assistance of the results of qualitative research. The research was carried out with experienced guides to discover the opinions of experts in the field and to describe the profession from a personal point of view. |
