Hlavním tématem a cílem této bakalářské práce je komplexní porovnání sociálních politik skandinávských zemí v kontextu stárnutí populace a posouzení jejich schopnosti reagovat na tyto demografické výzvy v rámci jejich sociálních systémů. Práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. První kapitola představuje základní demografické koncepty související se stárnutím populace a diskutuje o funkcích a modelech sociálního státu. Druhá kapitola poskytuje popis sociálních systémů a veřejných politik ve vybraných skandinávských zemích, zaměřuje se na jejich demografický vývoj a vládní opatření k řešení stárnutí populace. Závěrečná kapitola analyzuje implementované sociální politiky v těchto zemích a pokouší se předpovědět budoucí ekonomický vývoj pod vlivem stárnutí populace. |

| Abstract: |
The primary theme and objective of this bachelor's thesis are to conduct a comprehensive comparison of the social policies of Scandinavian countries within the context of population aging and to assess their capacity to address these demographic challenges within their respective social systems. The thesis is structured into three chapters. The first chapter introduces fundamental demographic concepts related to population aging and engages in a discussion concerning the functions and models of the welfare state. The second chapter provides an overview of the social systems and public policies within selected Scandinavian countries, focusing on their demographic trends and governmental interventions aimed at mitigating the effects of population aging. Finally, the concluding chapter analyzes the implemented social policies in these countries and endeavors to forecast the future economic trajectory influenced by population aging. |
