Za posledních třicet let se vytvořilo nespočetné množství souborů právních předpisů, které se zabývají problematikou změny klimatu, jako jednoho z nejpalčivějších problémů moderní doby. Předložená bakalářská práce se proto věnuje klimatickým změnám z hlediska implementace Pařížské dohody se zaměřením na Českou republiku a Norsko. Celá bakalářská práce se dělí na část teoretickou a praktickou. V první části práce je pojednáno o změně klimatu jako globálním problému. A zároveň zde bude pojednáno o samotné Pařížské dohodě. Komparativní případová studie bude zahrnovat různé aspekty, včetně legislativních opatření, politických strategií, ekonomických nástrojů a konkrétních opatření zaměřených na snižování emisí a podporu udržitelného rozvoje. Na základě této analýzy budou identifikovány klíčové faktory úspěchu a problémy, kterým obě země čelí, a budou navržena doporučení pro zlepšení jejich přístupů k mitigaci a adaptaci na klimatické změny. Cílem této práce je analyzovat přístupy České republiky a Norska k implementaci Pařížské dohody. |

Over the past thirty years, countless legal regulations addressing climate change, one of the most pressing issues of modern times, have been created. Therefore, this bachelor's thesis focuses on climate change in terms of implementing the Paris Agreement, with an emphasis on the Czech Republic and Norway. The entire thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The first part deals with climate change as a global problem and also discusses the Paris Agreement itself. The comparative case study will cover various aspects, including legislative measures, political strategies, economic tools, and specific measures to reduce emissions and promote sustainable development. Based on this analysis, key success factors and challenges faced by both countries will be identified, and recommendations for improving their approaches to mitigating and adapting to climate change will be proposed. This thesis aims to analyze the approaches of the Czech Republic and Norway to the implementation of the Paris Agreement. |
