| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem a aplikací modelu pro predikci poptávky ve společnosti Ovocňák s.r.o. Práce využívá metodu případové studie a detailně analyzuje interní data historických prodejů moštů a pyré. Cílem práce je doporučit firmě Ovocňák optimální metodu predikce poptávky, která zajišťuje minimalizaci chybovosti a maximalizaci efektivity plánování podnikových aktivit. Kromě toho se práce zaměřuje na identifikaci externích a interních faktorů, které ovlivňují vývoj poptávky. Výsledky práce by měly pomoct firmě Ovocňák lépe predikovat budoucí poptávku a také poskytnout užitečné poznatky pro strategické plánování, řízení dodavatelského řetězce a prodeje ovocných produktů. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with the design and application of a model for demand forecasting in the company Ovocňák s.r.o. The thesis applies the case study method and analyses internal data of historical sales of fruit products. The aim of the thesis is to recommend the optimal demand forecasting method for Ovocňák which ensures the minimization of errors and efficiency maximization of the planning of business activities. In addition, the thesis focuses on the identification of external and internal factors that influence the development of demand. The results of the thesis should help Ovocňák to better predict future demand and also provide useful insights into strategic planning, supply chain management and sales of fruit products. |
