| Abstract: | Tato teoreticko-empirická práce se věnuje tématu řešení krize podnikatele, a to jak moratorii (v době pandemie a platnosti zákona Lex Covid a Lex Covid II mimořádnými moratorii), ale i řešení úpadku, pokud se podnikateli nepodaří krizi překonat. Cílem této práce je v teoretické části seznámit čtenáře se základními pojmy, které jsou nezbytné k pochopení souvislostí celé práce a dále s analýzou současné legislativy upravující oblast insolvencí. V praktické části je poté proveden výzkum a analyzovány všechny společnosti, které mimořádného moratoria využily a jejich následný vývoj a zároveň jsou výzkumem i nalezeny odpovědi na stanovené výzkumné otázky. |

| Abstract: | This theoretical-empirical thesis focuses on the topic of entrepreneur crisis resolution, addressing both moratorium (during the pandemic and the validity of laws such as Lex Covid and Lex Covid II extraordinary moratorium) and bankruptcy resolution if the entrepreneur fails to overcome the crisis. The aim of this thesis is, in the theoretical part, to acquaint the reader with fundamental concepts necessary for understanding the context of the entire work, along with an analysis of the current legislation regulating the field of insolvency. In the practical part, research is conducted and all companies that have utilized extraordinary moratorium are analyzed, examining their subsequent development. Additionally, the research aims to provide answers to the defined research questions. |
