Cílem této diplomové práce je vytvoření marketingové strategie pro společnost TurnKey. Teoretická část vysvětluje základy marketingu v cestovním ruchu, zatímco praktická se věnuje detailní analýze společnosti, jejího marketingového mixu a tržního prostředí. Na základě SWOT analýzy a porovnání s konkurencí pomocí Porterova modelu pěti sil je formulován návrh marketingové strategie. Strategie se zaměřuje na posílení online rezer- vací a zvýšení tržeb, vycházejících z teoretických závěrů i analýzy dat. |

This thesis aims to create a marketing strategy for TurnKey. The theoretical part elucida- tes the fundamentals of tourism marketing, while the applied section delves into a comprehensive analysis of the company, its marketing mix, and market environment. A proposed marketing strategy is formulated based on a SWOT analysis and comparison with competitors using Porter's Five Forces model. The strategy focuses on enhancing online bookings and increasing revenue, drawing from both theoretical insights and data analysis. |
