| Abstract: | Smlouva o dílo ve stavebnictví představuje složitý právní dokument, jehož účinnost a spravedlnost závisí na přesnosti, důkladnosti a předvídavosti zhotovitelů i objednatelů. Správné smluvní zajištění a efektivní řízení rizik jsou klíčové pro zajištění úspěšného dokončení stavebních projektů včas a patřičné kvalitě. Tato práce poskytuje teoretické i praktické rady, které by měly zhotovitelům pomoci orientovat se v náročném prostředí stavebnictví a přispět k lepšímu porozumění a využití smluvních a právních nástrojů ve svůj prospěch. |

| Abstract: | A contract for work in the construction industry is a complex legal document whose effectiveness and fairness depends on the accuracy, thoroughness and foresight of contractors and clients. Proper contractual arrangements and effective risk management are key to ensuring the successful completion of construction projects on time and to an appropriate quality. This work provides both theoretical and practical advice to help contractors navigate the challenging construction environment and contribute to a better understanding and use of contractual and legal tools to their advantage. |
